We MAKE UNIQUE wines, UNUSUAL ELABORATIONS, WE WANT TO TRANSMIT VALUES AND WE WANT TO RESPECT THE TERROIR. WE INVESTIGATE, SEEK, TRAVEL, TRY, COMPARE, KNOW AND TALK.
WE TALK. WE TALK A LOT TO PRODUCERS, CONSUMERS, BUYERS AND SELLERS; WITH PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE, FROM THE TRADE AND ALSO WITH NEWCOMERS. AND ALL THIS TO CREATE WINES: WINES THAT EXCITE.
Ruth and Ana wanted to make a wine that was all about smoothness but also has a juicy freshness to it. To achieve this they made a conscious decision to step outside the suffocating laws of the D.O. system. They’ve applied the original and traditional method of making a wine by making an assemblage of wines from more than one vintage.
OUR WINES OFF THE RECORD
Verdejo.
Granitic soils.
Cold maceration for several hours, before pressing. Débourbage at 5ºC. Fermentation in stainless steel tank at 15ºC. Soft fining before bottling.
Straw yellow color. Very aromatic, notes of tropical fruits stand out. It is a balanced and light wine, perfect for any occasion.
OUR WINES OFF THE RECORD
Tempranillo & Garnacha.
Limestone, sands and clays. Vineyards next to Fuenmayor (La Rioja).
Maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Wine is aged on barrels of second and third year for 4 months.
Purple red, bright color. In the nose, it is very fruity, with red berries and slight toasty aromas. In the palate, it is fresh, velvety, with soft tannins and a medium aftertaste.|

Intensely aromatic: pineapple, apricots and mango. Delicate entry on the palate with a very refreshing acidity and an energetic and lively mid palate.

Maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally after pressing with a pneumatical horizontal press. Wine is aged on barrels of second and third year for 3 months. Then it is kept under lees on stainless steel tank for 5 months. To enhance freshness and fruity aromas.
